 2nd Sem started

Today 2nd semester had been started after the everlasting exam. With prayer we started today's class. In the first hour we had optional class. 
Bindu Ma'am gave has the overview of the activities on 2nd Semester. 

Next hour was handled by Maya ma'am. Ma'am gave us some refreshment activities to keep us active in the beginning. Then slowly we began the first unit of EDU 06 and we discussed about Mohanjodaro civilization.


After the lunch break we had Ancy ma'am's class. Sonia, an M.Ed trainee from New B.Ed college, Nellimoodu came as part of her project work and we filled the questionnaire for her survey.


Next hour was handled by Joju sir. We discussed about Assessment.


In the last hour we had Physical Education class. George sir gave us a idea about the syllabus and the works to be done in the second semester.

'Live without seeing, but be what you are.' Today, January 4th is celebrated us 'World's Braille Day', the birthday of Braille inventor, Louis Braille. " Braille is knowledge , and knowledge is power."                                                     - Louis Braille Today, after prayer the first hour class was taken by Maya Ma'am. She started the topic 'Paradigm Shift'  and also discussed about the duties and responsibilities of a teacher. After the class, Ma'am call up students for singing 2 songs. We all also joined with them. After that session, Principal Benedict sir welcomed the M.Ed trainees from Govt. College of teacher education, Thycadu for their teaching practice. In the second hour, Gibi Ma'am discussed about the 'Maxims of teaching'. She recited a poem for us. First day @ MTTC

  My Very first day in Campus        I have been enrolled for Bachelors in Education in a reputed college in Trivandrum i.e. ' Mar Theophilus Training College'. I always thank God for this blessings. I was little nervous at the beginning of the day but it doesn't lasted for a long because the nature of Mar Theophilus is very vibrant. Teachers and students are having friendly nature. So, I am very happy to study in MTTC.                    It was a rainy day. My first class, first period was taken by Maya mam. Her class started with a song by Kavya about rain. I and the entire student teachers enjoyed it. Then Maya Ma'am taught us about the topic  "Teacher and Education".  She taught us the meaning of education and the characteristics of education.  Then the second period was taken by Ancy Ma'am.   INTERNSHIP DAY - 29 Sports Day Sports day was inaugurated by HM , Sr. Aquina SIC. We also cooperated to conduct different competitions. We have assigned duties. I have duty at finishing point through the day. It was a wonderful experience to me..  We got appreciated by HM, Sr. Aquina SIC....
