 schöner Tag

       Today first hour we had yoga by Stephen Sir. Today sir taught us different yoga postures. It refreshed our mind as well as our body.


Then we had the class of Joju Sir. Today English optionals presented their seminars on the topics Cyber laws and Role of teachers in conscientizing about child abuse over internet. They had done it very beautifully.



After that we have optional class. Bindu Ma'am taken the class. 

After lunch , we had the class of Ancy Ma'am. Ma'am taught us about "Piaget's theory of intellectual development ". 



Then we had the class of Maya teacher. Teacher divided us into group of 9 members and we discussed about the curriculum of realism and methods of teaching in realism.

Last hour we had a class test by George Sir about physical education. Today was a nice day....💖

'Live without seeing, but be what you are.' Today, January 4th is celebrated us 'World's Braille Day', the birthday of Braille inventor, Louis Braille. " Braille is knowledge , and knowledge is power."                                                     - Louis Braille Today, after prayer the first hour class was taken by Maya Ma'am. She started the topic 'Paradigm Shift'  and also discussed about the duties and responsibilities of a teacher. After the class, Ma'am call up students for singing 2 songs. We all also joined with them. After that session, Principal Benedict sir welcomed the M.Ed trainees from Govt. College of teacher education, Thycadu for their teaching practice. In the second hour, Gibi Ma'am discussed about the 'Maxims of teaching'. She recited a poem for us. First day @ MTTC

  My Very first day in Campus        I have been enrolled for Bachelors in Education in a reputed college in Trivandrum i.e. ' Mar Theophilus Training College'. I always thank God for this blessings. I was little nervous at the beginning of the day but it doesn't lasted for a long because the nature of Mar Theophilus is very vibrant. Teachers and students are having friendly nature. So, I am very happy to study in MTTC.                    It was a rainy day. My first class, first period was taken by Maya mam. Her class started with a song by Kavya about rain. I and the entire student teachers enjoyed it. Then Maya Ma'am taught us about the topic  "Teacher and Education".  She taught us the meaning of education and the characteristics of education.  Then the second period was taken by Ancy Ma'am.
