 Valentine's day 🌹



Every year on 14 February people celebrate this day by sending messages of love and affection to partners, family and friends. Couples send Valentine's Day cards and flowers and spend special time together to honour their love for each other.

Today's first two periods was our optional class. Bindhu Ma'am discussed about School induction with us in details and How to write induction report.

Next session was handled by joju sir. Sir gave a brief explanation about paper presentation in international seminar. After that seminar presentation started.


Then we had the class of Maya teacher. Teacher divided us into small groups. We discussed about the topic Realism and aims of education.



After lunch we had Gibi Ma'am. Ma'am gave different activities for late comers.Then vivek explained about case study and Stijo explained about Introspection. After that Ma'am had sang song for us and later Joju sir sang a beautiful song.



After that there was a club orientation session.

'Live without seeing, but be what you are.' Today, January 4th is celebrated us 'World's Braille Day', the birthday of Braille inventor, Louis Braille. " Braille is knowledge , and knowledge is power."                                                     - Louis Braille Today, after prayer the first hour class was taken by Maya Ma'am. She started the topic 'Paradigm Shift'  and also discussed about the duties and responsibilities of a teacher. After the class, Ma'am call up students for singing 2 songs. We all also joined with them. After that session, Principal Benedict sir welcomed the M.Ed trainees from Govt. College of teacher education, Thycadu for their teaching practice. In the second hour, Gibi Ma'am discussed about the 'Maxims of teaching'. She recited a poem for us. First day @ MTTC

  My Very first day in Campus        I have been enrolled for Bachelors in Education in a reputed college in Trivandrum i.e. ' Mar Theophilus Training College'. I always thank God for this blessings. I was little nervous at the beginning of the day but it doesn't lasted for a long because the nature of Mar Theophilus is very vibrant. Teachers and students are having friendly nature. So, I am very happy to study in MTTC.                    It was a rainy day. My first class, first period was taken by Maya mam. Her class started with a song by Kavya about rain. I and the entire student teachers enjoyed it. Then Maya Ma'am taught us about the topic  "Teacher and Education".  She taught us the meaning of education and the characteristics of education.  Then the second period was taken by Ancy Ma'am.
